Immigration Exam Overview

The Immigration Medical Exam may require 2-3 visits in order to complete the required screenings and vaccinations.

FEE: $200, includes medical exam, I-693 Report.

At the first visit we will review required screenings and vaccinations.

Screenings are done by referral to Meriter Lab for an additional fee. Vaccinations can be obtained through primary doctor, Public Health or local pharmacies.

Payment

The fee is $200, payable by cash or check (Alina Medical) on the first visit.

If you need a referral to Meriter for any screenings, there is an additional fee.

Hours

Hours are Sundays starting at 11, by appointment. Other times may be available upon request.

Cancellation

Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
